50+ Affiliates Nationwide

The work of NCLR would not be possible without the support of our Investors. It is through the support

of these partnerships that NCLR and it’s affiliates have been able to serve over 550,000 families since 1998

by providing important information and products that help them build a stronger financial life and skills to effectively use financial services. The financial support and critical expertise provided by our investors ultimately leverage the NCLR Homeownership Network (NHN) into a larger and more effective network.

Our investors also play a critical role in delivering healthy financial services products that support a

family’s financial goals, working with NCLR to find safer ways to reach borrowers they would normally

have difficulty reaching. Please join us in our mission to build more stable neighborhoods by helping

families establish stable housing conditions and supporting the NHN in assisting families who are working

to build a better future.

Why Partner with the NCLR Homeownership Network

The NCLR team is deeply committed to finding innovative ways to provide further access to affordable housing and increasing access to financial services in the Latino communities and other communities of color. Partnering with the NHN allows organizations to support a high quality HUD-certified housing counseling network that provide bilingual, culturally-relevant services in communities across the country. In addition, our customer call center utilizes HUD approved housing counselors to respond to inquiries, working with local service providers to ensure access to ‘face-to-face’ services where available.

Partners have opportunity to work with the NHN to create new ways to increase access to credit in underserved communities. Additionally, our partners can explore and/or support innovative financial capability programs that target very low income families, by providing tools and information designed to improve the strategies used to manage finances or increase the effectiveness of financial services.
